The Roaring Fork Valley has been my home for the last eight years. Cooking
traditional Ethiopian food has become a way for me to keep in touch with my
heritage. Over the years I have been fortunate to introduce friends to my culture
through food. As a mother I would like to do the same for my children. It also
brings joy to my life to introduce my community to a place that means the world to
me, and what better way to do this than through food?
